Each package includes the following: 

·       1 to 3 hour studio reservation (depending on package)

·       Setup & cleanup by our staff

·       Dedicated staff member to assist

·       Choice of which painting from our gallery will be taught at the party.

·       Entry 15 minutes before the party to set up any additional decorations, beverages, or snacks you bring

PARTY PACKAGES: 

Package #1 - $45/person includes:

·       3-hour studio reservation which includes: 2 hours of step-by-step paint instruction and an additional hour for socializing, presents, etc. The extra hour is your time to enjoy the studio however you want!

·       16x20 canvas and all other needed supplies for each person

·       White/clear plates, cups, and utensils (Feel free to bring in snacks and additional decorations to customize your party). 

·       An extra table for any food and drinks you want to bring in

This option is perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, adult birthday parties, or for any other occasion where you would like to have an extra hour on your own to visit or celebrate.

Package #2 - $40/person includes:

·       2-hour studio reservation for step-by-step paint instruction

·       16x20 canvas and all other needed supplies for each person

Date night idea? Looking for a girls night out? This painting event is perfect for date nights, family parties, adult birthday parties, corporate events, paint and sips, etc.

 Package #3 - $30/person includes:

·       1 hour & 30 minutes studio reservation for step-by-step paint instruction

·       12 x 16 canvas and all other needed supplies for each person

This is a great option for those who are looking for a shorter party.

PLEASE NOTE: A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and will be applied to your total bill. Remaining balance due the day of the party.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can we bring food or drinks?

Yes! If you are booking a private party, you are welcome to bring whatever party food and drinks you like! We will reserve a table for you to use for food, gifts or other items. Please let us know if you require additional table space for larger parties.

Alcoholic drinks are permitted, as long as all of your guests are 21 and over, and you provide and serve the drinks to your own guests. Any party serving alcohol MUST book a private party to ensure no underage guests are in the studio.

What if I don’t have the minimum number of guests?

It’s no problem if you have less than 6 painters for your party. If less than 6 guests show up, we will still host your party, but will charge the minimum price for 6 painters. If you can, try to get other family and friends to join you, so that you don’t have any empty seats!

Can my guests register ahead of time?

Yes, if you would like to create a private calendar event on our website for your party, please let us know in your online booking questionnaire. We can create a private party link for you to send to your guests to help capture RSVPs, choose painting designs ahead of time, and even have your guests pay for their own admission, if applicable! This is a great way to keep track of your guest count in one place.

Is your studio ADA accessible?

Yes, our studio can be accessed via the elevator inside the Heber Bank Building and is ADA accessible. If any assistance or special needs are required just let our staff know and we are happy to help you.

Can we chose or bring our own music?

Yes, our studio is equipped with a five speaker sound system that can be accessed via any blue tooth device. Just let us know you would like us to play or that you would like to play your own music.

*Cancelation Policy: Due to credit card processing fees, there will be a $5 fee for any classes or camps that are canceled at least 48 hours before the first class. If a class is canceled less than 48 hours before the first class, only 50% of the cost will be refunded due to supplies already being purchased. There is no fee for rescheduled classes if done at least 48 hours in advance.
