Studio Rentals

$300 for 4 hours during peak times* - based on availability.
$200 for 4 hour all other times -based on availability.
4 hour minimum
A NON-refundable deposit, equal to the hourly rate ($75-peak times, $50-all other times) will be due to secure your day/time. Deposit will be applied to total bill. Remaining balance will be due 24 hours prior to rental day/time.
A $50 REFUNDABLE cleaning/damage deposit is due at the time of booking. Cleaning/damage deposit will be refunded if studio is returned to a clean/undamaged condition.

Fridays after 4pm

All day Saturdays

All day Sundays

All U.S. Holidays

The day before and after Thanksgiving

4pm Thursday through Sunday night- all of December
