Studio Rentals

$75/hour during peak times* based on availability or $250 for 4 hours.
$50/hour all other times based on availability.
2 hour minimum
A NON-refundable deposit, equal to the hourly rate ($75-peak times, $50-all other times) will be due to secure your day/time. Deposit will be applied to total bill. Remaining balance will be due 24 hours prior to rental day/time. If at least two weeks notice is given, the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled rental date/time, based on availability.
A $50 REFUNDABLE cleaning/damage deposit is due at the time of booking. Cleaning/damage deposit will be refunded if studio is returned to a clean/undamaged condition.

Fridays after 4pm

All day Saturdays

All day Sundays

All U.S. Holidays

The day before and after Thanksgiving

4pm Thursday through Sunday night- all of December
